He is currently 30 years old (born in 1988 in Havana). Graduated as Doctor of Medicine (2013), Specialist and Master of Science in Immunology (2017) at University of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba. He obtained the main category of Assistant Professor in Immunology (2018). He currently works at Institute of Basic and Preclinical Sciences of University of Medical Sciences of Havana where he is Assistant Professor, Researcher and Head of Immunology Department since 2018. He also serves as Clinical Immunology Physician at “Juan Manuel Marquez” Pediatric Hospital. He has participated in last congresses of Latin American Association of Immunology (ALAI): INMUNOCOLOMBIA 2015 and INMUNOMEXICO 2018 with several researches. He serves as President of Immunodocency Section of the Cuban Society of Immunology and as Secretary of ALAI since 2018. His major research topic is Mucosal Immunology establishing a bilateral research project with Biomedical Research Institute (BIOMED) of Hasselt University, Belgium, where he also carries out his PhD training.
