Minimum raw space: 9sqm
Minimum stand area for raw space: 18sqm
Early exhibition space booking (until December 15, 2018): CNY 4800/sqm (USD 730/sqm)
Standard exhibition space booking (from December 16, 2018): CNY 5000/sqm (USD 760/sqm)
* Discounts are available on request for NGO’s and charitable companies.
Shell scheme booth:
On top of the exhibition space cost above, open shell scheme booth will be charged an additional CNY 1050(USD 160) /sqm.
Shell scheme booth includes:
- White panels
- Carpet
- 2 spotlights (per 9sqm)
- 1 cocktail table & 2 chairs (per 9sqm)
- 1 counter with company logo printing
Exhibitor Benefits
Free Exhibitor Name Badges are provided to exhibitors based on the amount of square metres purchased as follows:
9 – 12sqm: 2 badges
13 – 20sqm: 4 badges
21 – 50sqm: 5 badges
51 – 75sqm: 8 badges
76 – 100sqm: 10 badges
More than 100sqm: 15 badges
The Exhibitor Name Badge entitles full access to the Exhibition Area but not the Scientific Programme. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for CNY 800 (USD 120) each.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
Exhibition space will be assigned on a “first-come, first-served”
basis within the respective Sponsorship Levels,
according to the date of the exhibition space booking
and the date of the receipt of the payment.
