Attila Mocsai is Professor of Physiology at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. He received his MD (1993) and PhD (1999) degrees from Semmelweis University. He completed his postdoctoral training with Clifford Lowell at the University of California, San Francisco, USA. He is an independent group leader at the Semmelweis University since 2003. His main interest is the signal trasduction of myeloid-lineage cells in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases and diseases characterized by pathological bone resorption.
