Dr. Xu has published more than 177 papers in peer-reviewed international journals as the corresponding author, such as Cell, Nature, N Engl J Med, Lancet, Genome Res, Sci Signal, Am J Hum Genet, PNAS, Nat Commun, Cell Res, J Immunol, J Biol Chem. His main research is focusing on the functional genomics for understanding the origin and evolution of vertebrate immune system, so as to develop related therapeutics.
